Hungry Mould Eater should be used alone. If any chemical fungicide has been used on the same wall, one shall wait for about a week to apply Hungry Mould Eater to make sure the biological agent won’t be compromised. Once a sachet is open, it shall be used entirely, otherwise the moisture from the air could activate the unused portion. When mixed with paint, standard water based paint shall be used. A paint with chemical fungicides could reduce the effectiveness of Hungry Mould Eater. Hungry Mould Eater shall not be used in mushroom farms.

The wall should be thoroughly wet with water solution mixed with Hungry Mould Eater. Removing mould while dry could cause airborne spread. Gloves are recommended to not be exposed to mould toxins.
